Got my new pile of lead from Perrys containing HYW miniatures. Among these were their new Peasants. I decided to give them some more menacing weapons like added spikes to the clubs, two handed axe and two scythes. These will keep the kings tax collectors at bay. So now I sit on more lead take will take me like hundred years to finish. Also thinking of ordering a Warhammer castle to add to my collection :)

Long time no writing. Been busy with moving too a new place and my 3 months old daughter has stolen time :) Anyhow. Got some painting done. Continued my work on my Last levy and they're all finished. Also got energy today to begin my long awaited project "Berlin terrain" consisting of a DUST tactic building I put togheter into three ruins. They turned out really nice altough I rushed them too much :P My last SS Charlemange troopers are on the table too. Got 5 left too finish. They are turning out great too, though I'm unsure about their Pea dot uniforms.

 

Some more WIP. I find these miniatures a joy to paint. Although I find some poses odd or could have been better but detail is good and they are really easy to paint. 

DAK reinforcements ready for action after some tufting here and there :) Funny projects theses small units. Think I'll make some shells for the bases when I get the time.

Some more poor souls almost ready for the Berlin meatgrinder.

New cool figures from Wargames Factory. These will certainly look great fully painted on woodland bases :)

Some of my work right now. Volksturm and HJ from Warlord games. Nice little figures and it's also nice painting some heroic scale miniatures again after ploughing through Perrys excellent but yet small and difficult to paint mini's.Finishing off my latest DAK troopers. Got tufting and matt sealing left :)

Two new additions to my axis force. Kubelwagen and Sdkfz 250/1 both from Perry Miniatures. Got a italian HMG and a Pak 30 and a DAK squad comin' up :)

Indeed great and green news a from the Perrys at Salute 2014. Man I wish I could have been there :P Plastic hundred years war infantry must be great news for many painters and wargamers out there. I'm jumping up and down here :P
